This policy explains what information the Sitewalk Audits website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Sitewalk Audits is a trade name of Fountain Consultants LLC, based on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

Information we collect

  • Free Sitewalk request form: your name, work email, organization, website address and role, and, if you choose, your phone number, your site's approximate size, what's prompting the request, and anything else you tell us.
  • Free website snapshot form (Old Website Rescue): your website address, name, email and organization, and, if you choose, your mobile phone, who takes care of your website today, and whether you agree to receive text messages. If you arrive from one of our letters or postcards, we also record which mailing brought you.
  • Call booking: your name, email, phone number, the time you pick and anything you add.
  • Website chat: the messages you type to our chat assistant and any contact details you choose to share there. The chat assistant is an AI, not a person.
  • Technical information: our website platform automatically records basic information such as the pages you visit, your browser and device type, and an approximate location based on your IP address.

Your website

When you request a Sitewalk or an audit, we scan the public pages of the website you give us. We don't need, and won't ask for, your website logins for a Sitewalk or an audit. What we find about your website is shared with you. We don't publish it or name your organization as a client without your permission.

How we use it

We use your information to run your free Sitewalk and send you the video, reply to you, schedule and hold the calls you request, send booking confirmations and reminders, prepare any quote you ask for, keep basic business records, and keep the website working and secure.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it with others for their own marketing.

Emails

When you request a Sitewalk, we email you a confirmation, your Sitewalk video and a follow-up. If you book a call, we send a confirmation and reminders. If you request a free website snapshot, we email you a confirmation, your snapshot and no more than three follow-ups about it. We don't add you to a newsletter. If you don't want to receive our emails, reply to tell us or use the unsubscribe link in the email.

Text messages (SMS terms)

We only text you if you checked a box on one of our forms agreeing to it, or if you texted us first. The boxes are never pre-checked, and agreeing is not a condition of any purchase.

  • Snapshot and scheduling texts: updates about your website snapshot, scheduling and appointment reminders. Message frequency varies.
  • Updates and offers: occasional texts about website updates and offers, up to 4 per month, only if you checked that separate box.

Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. You can also call us at (503) 422-6459. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Service providers

Our website, forms, calendar, chat and emails run on HighLevel (LeadConnector), which stores and processes this information on our behalf. The chat assistant's replies are generated by AI models through that platform. We use scanning and testing tools to inspect your website's public pages. These providers may only use your information to provide their services to us.

Cookies

The website uses cookies and similar technologies that the site, forms and chat need to work, such as keeping your chat conversation open while you browse. We don't use advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but some features, like the chat, may not work.

How long we keep it

We keep request, booking and chat information, and our Sitewalk findings, for as long as we need them to provide our services and keep business records. After that we delete them, or sooner if you ask, unless we need to keep them for legal reasons.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we have about you. Call us at (503) 422-6459. We reply within one business day and may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website or online service can be completely secure. Please don't send passwords or confidential records through our forms or chat.

Children

This website is for organizations and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and change the date at the top.
